Welcome to KOILZ LLC I am a Virginia-based salon suite owner specializing exclusively in loc maintenance, restoration, and healthy loc care. For over 12 years, my mission has been to strengthen the trust between each client and their unique loc journey through education, precision, and consistent, healthy maintenance. Salon Policies * 10-Minute Grace Period: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. * Rescheduling Required: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please reschedule in advance according to the booking policy. * 12+ Week Maintenance Fee: Appointments scheduled more than 12 weeks after your last retwist will incur a $40 extended maintenance fee due to the additional time and work required. * Gold VIP Hours: All appointments scheduled before 10:00 AM are reserved exclusively for Gold VIP Membership clients. * Existing Client Booking Policy: Existing clients are responsible for booking the correct service. Any incorrectly booked appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please book carefully or contact me before scheduling if you are unsure which service to select. * Giving Back: 10% of every service is donated to the KOILZ Collective Foundation, helping provide educational opportunities, scholarships, and support within our community. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
